Hmmm I wonder who gave the two reviews above...clearly they have not actually had the service from Vocalocity. Sales will tell you whatever you want to hear then you sign up and find out it's almost all not true. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and tech support is a hit or miss and VERY VERY rude. OUr service has gone down more then it is up and VOcalocity just blames equipment or someone else ....the CEO could carelses about customer service and gives all lip service. We are dumping their system after losing too much revenue due to phones not working and no support to fix them. This company is absolutley the worst I have ever dealt with.....DO NOT make the same mistake we did.

I think ScottM does not know how do deal with IT issues. I agree with Kgemini, since we upgraded our internet bandwidth we have not had any problems with Vocalocity. I run an internet based products distribution company and have been using the VOIP from Vocalocity for about 2 years now. I love it. I have a great fixed cost expense for my phone plan. I take my IP phone home with me a lot when i need to work from there. I have sales people all over the country and with this phone system its like having them in the office. There are always growing pains when you first begin to use new technology. Once we got everything fixed it has been great.

The one thing to keep in mind, is that VOIP does have certain requirements to function properly. If you do not have the correct bandwidth and connection requirements you will have issues. This is widely known with VOIP, for example you can't run VOIP over dial-up, just won't happen. Although, I am not agreeing or disagreeing with your review.
