I haven't had any problems with Vocalocity so far...I use residential VoIP as well, so I had some idea what I was getting into, and Vocalocity has surpassed my expectations. The features aren't all that rich, but I have all I ever would really use, the price is fair, the customer service was their strong point from what I've heard and that's in line with what I've seen...so overall, I'd recommend it
