I'm surprised by the negative reviews of Vocalocity. My company has been with them for awhile now and I personally have only found good things to say about the customer service. The quality is not noticeable different from my previous landline provider and the price is unbeatable, really. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vocalocity.

Hmmm I wonder who gave the two reviews above...clearly they have not actually had the service from Vocalocity. Sales will tell you whatever you want to hear then you sign up and find out it's almost all not true. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and tech support is a hit or miss and VERY VERY rude. OUr service has gone down more then it is up and VOcalocity just blames equipment or someone else ....the CEO could carelses about customer service and gives all lip service. We are dumping their system after losing too much revenue due to phones not working and no support to fix them. This company is absolutley the worst I have ever dealt with.....DO NOT make the same mistake we did.

I highly recommend this VOIP provider, if you are looking for great customer service and someone who you can rely on to keep you online, and who can save you some $ on your phone bills, RELY on Vocalocity. Hey not to mention, it's one of the ONLY companies i've EVER come across that actually has a UNLIMITED TOLL-FREE Number. That is truely amazing, anyhow if I worked for them I know I would have about 1,000 new accounts in a week. I am very confident in there services and customer service. I would highly recommend again and again !
