RATINGHQ.COM TERMS OF USE

RATINGHQ.COM and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents (collectively, “we,” “our,” “us” or the \"Company”) are dedicated to providing a satisfying experience for everyone who wants to use www.RATINGHQ.COM and any of our affiliated websites (collectively, our \"websites\"). ·         Create alias identities to post multiple ratings or comments for an individual item on a ratings list.

·         Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the content (other than your content) or access to our websites.

·         Post any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

·         Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of our websites or any activities conducted on our websites.

·         Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange (such as The New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ), and any regulations having the force of law.

·         Provide material support or resources (or conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States Government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

·         Collect or store personal data about other users (including email addresses) without their consent.

6.       OUR RIGHT TO REMOVE YOUR CONTENT

Notwithstanding our lack of responsibility for posted content, if we discover content that allegedly does not conform to these Terms of Use, we may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and in our sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the content. We will have no liability or responsibility for performance or non-performance of such activities. We reserve, and you expressly agree to our right to remove any content posted by you for any reason whatsoever. 

7.       OUR RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO OUR WEBSITES
