I have been very unhappy with the level of service I have received works. I have been using their phone service for two months and I have spent more time on the phone with tech support rather than focusing on my own business. When you want to speak to a manager they give you a hard time and no one seems to care. The people I have spoken to have all been negative and careless except for my sales person, go figure.

First I went over there to pick up a centerpiece, they told me that it was not done. I went back again the attendant was definitely on something. He said that he would be right with me, and he never came back. I went back earlier the next day, and finally picked up my centerpiece. When I put it on my table there was black grease all over the bottom. I went back to the florist and demanded a refund, the same guy was there stoned of course. I requested a refund due to the less than stellar service, and he declined. I would never use this florist EVER.

I love these shades. I work nights and could not sleep during the day. I hung blankets over the windows, but the light kept coming through. I was amazed at how easy these were to put up. There is a grid on the fabric that makes it easy to cut straight and no measuring with rulers. No special tools needed, no holes in the walls. All you need is a pair of scissors.

Now I get a good days sleep and alert and ready for the next nights work.

I am a victim of The Dump and here is my story:

I purchased a sectional and ottoman from the Dump on Dec 5th I believe. I had it delivered on Dec. 11th. As soon as the delivery men left the house we noticed that the sectional was slumped in the middle. So my husband turned over the middle piece an one of the legs was broken and turned under on the inside of the couch. Not only was the leg broken but the particle board that connected to the leg was broken in half. And we also noticed there was multiple tearing in the fabric on that piece too. We immediately called the delivery men (who was just down the street) and told him of the problem. He said he would not pick it up and that we would have to call customer service.

So we {my husband and I} contacted customer service immediately. They said that they would have a repair technician call us on Dec 14th to schedule a time to come out and look at it. The problem was that we paid for a brand new sectional not a broken one. They said that the 15% would be deducted from our total payment if we wanted to return it. How can that be? I was livid at this point. They said that the earliest appointment they had for a repair technician to look at it was not till Jan 2010, and if we waited that long it would void our 7 day ability to have any sort of return with it. So that’s where they get you. They make you wait around to the point where you are stuck with it no matter what. They wouldn’t even send out a new sectional to replace the broken one. No one should be stuck with a broken piece of furniture they paid full price for.

So I decided to go ahead with the return for now. And I planned on filing a credit card dispute with my credit card company as soon as I received my money back (minus my 15% restocking fee). I was not going to settle being out of the 15% plus the $179 for another delivery pick up charge. I submited my sons xbox for repair in early nov got a replacement console very quick, but have been waiting for the hard drive ever since first they couldnt find a record for it,! then they sent it to the wrong address, and I had to wait 10 days for it to be returned to xbox, I asked there resolution specialest to please call me befor reshipping to check address they said no problem and then reshipped it any way to the wrong address again( not the address I gave them!)
now I have to wait 9 buinesses days befor fed ex can even register the tracking number due to the holidays so I can track it to the wrong address again and wait for it to be shipped back to xbox and then call them and go through this all over again!!!! my warrenty is out so i am paying for this and 1 month free live does not compinsate for 2mo lost in the mail or the rude operators I have had to deal with DONT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND A RIPOFF!!!!!

This Z1285 was purchased to replace a 5 megapixel camera.
It has been the best camera I have owned, I use a 5 megapixel Dive Camera that has video but cant zoom once its is recording.
The Z1285 isn't used to Dive but I do use it for everything from Grand kids pics and video, to Photos used in advertising and company functions. The individuals saying this camera sucks just dont understand it can be used as a novice or expert use.
The High Definition Video is superb the audio is not stereo but for $179.00 2 years ago it is a killer camera. Last month I broke the LCD display, Kodak wanted $80.00 to repair it and wouldnt sell me the display. I got on Ebay and ordered on from china for $19.96 including shipping, the camera is as good as new.

I love this Camera

Ohh my goodness. We are talking about the worst company to deal with. Forget AT&T and the IRS, Vocalocity is creating its own category. My service always has issues with the person on the other side of the call complaining. I've had to increase my cell phone minutes since switching to Vocalocity. I can't imagine how imagine I've lost in business because of Vocalocity and I hate to think about it.

If I could give this product, and the company that makes it, less than 1 star, I would. I should have been tipped off by the number of reviews that knocked this product for "bugs," that I've read on the web. I was never able to use it because the installation CD was defective. Customer support is embarrasingly bad. If you call, regardless of time of day, you get an outgoing message saying "we are experiencing a heavy call volume, please leave a detailed message and we'll get back with you within 48 hours." After hearing this repeatedly, all times of the day and evening, over several days, I finally left a detailed message with two different phone numbers for callback (both with voicemail). I never received a call back. I tried downloading what appeared to be the driver and other softward for this product from the ADS Tech website. The software downloaded but would never open and install. I created an account on their website for customer support. I received one response, in the beginning, saying I needed to check and make sure that the driver had loaded from the installation CD. I had made it very clear in my initial contact message that nothing loaded from the CD because it was defective. After making five more submissions requesting a reply and a new (functioning) installation CD from them, I still never received any other responses from their customer service through their website. After many emails to them, I finally received one response saying a new installation CD would be mailed out that day, via UPS. After two weeks I had received nothing. I sent another email asking for the shipping code supplied to them by UPS so I could track the shipment and find out what happened to it (knowing, of course, that they'd never shipped it) - I have never received a response to that email. I joined LOA almost 3 years ago. A month or so ago, my credit card was compromised. I had no idea this had happened until I received a new card in the mail. During that time my payment for LOA was rejected. Instead of notifying me that there was a problem, I was sent to collections. Despite what the non-customer service person says, the wording on the letter states that this is an attempt to collect a debt. I don't dispute the debt and have no problem paying it. I have a problem with the fact that the person on the line for the debt collection company refused to quit interrupting me and refused to let me talk to a supervisor. She stated that supervisors do not take phone calls. Really good customer service. NOT!!!! Then she flagged my account so there was no way I could talk to someone else about my account. Because, I signed a 3 year agreement, I can't cancel my account until that 3 years is up. Starting today, it is my mission to put out the word on how LOA does their business. It will not be good!
